About iFocusFlow
An ADHD-friendly planner that starts small, made by Ryan Shand.
Who makes it
Ryan Shand is an independent developer. He writes as @ShandyMansLife on X.
Ryan was diagnosed with ADHD in 2024, about six months after his daughter was. It all started to make sense: time blindness, emotional dysregulation, rejection sensitivity, hyperfocus on the wrong thing at the wrong time, and obsessions that come and go like a flash in the pan. He decided to help his family by building iFocusFlow. He has worked in the technology industry for two decades and keeps developing his skills through his full-time career.
Why it starts small
iFocusFlow is an ADHD-friendly planner built around one tiny next step. Capture the noise, shrink the work, and come back when you are ready. It is available for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch.
iFocusFlow is a planning and productivity tool. It does not provide medical treatment or advice.
Privacy, and no account
No account is needed. Your plan stays on your device, with optional iCloud sync across Apple devices if you want it. Google Calendar and Tasks imports are Pro, and only happen when you sign in with Google.
iFocusFlow is Apple-native on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Read the privacy policy, or find iFocusFlow on the App Store.
