Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 25, 2026.
iFocusFlow ("the App") is designed to help with focus, planning, task management, and habits. This policy explains what information is and is not collected when you use iFocusFlow.
1) No collection of your task or habit content
We do not collect, store, or access the personal content you create in the App, including tasks, habits, Brain Dumps, notes, progress data, and user-generated attachments. This data is stored on your device.
2) Optional iCloud sync
If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your own Apple iCloud account to sync across devices. iCloud storage and security are governed by Apple policies. iFocusFlow developers do not access your private iCloud content.
3) App Store and subscription reporting
We may receive limited aggregate reporting from Apple for operations (for example: downloads, subscription status events, and financial totals). These reports do not include your personal task content.
4) No third-party analytics or ad tracking SDKs
iFocusFlow does not include third-party ad trackers, behavioral advertising SDKs, or external analytics scripts that profile your planning content.
5) Security
Your app content is protected by Apple platform security on-device. When iCloud sync is enabled, Apple applies its own transport/storage security controls.
6) Children’s privacy
iFocusFlow does not knowingly collect personal information from children. App data remains on-device and/or in the user’s own iCloud account.
7) Your choices and data deletion
Because we do not host your planning content, you control deletion directly on your device. You can remove data by deleting content in-app, uninstalling the app, and/or removing iCloud app data from your Apple account.
8) Contact
If you have privacy questions, contact: admin@ifocusflow.cc.
